This facility is completely unethical and refuses to follow federal law. I officially terminated services and requested my medical records. On June 10, management explicitly promised me in writing via email that my files were being sent that exact day via certified mail. Deceptive, predatory insurance mill disguised as a mental health facility. Do not trust this agency with your care or your insurance benefits. I called specifically on January 5, 2026 to see if this agency provided hands-on Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services.
