Constant miscommunication, scheduling appointment conflicts , “forgetting” patients in the lobby. Serious improvement is needed here.
PATH Behavioral Health is phenomenal! I was working with Mid-Ohio for my mental health and I couldn't be happier that I switch to Path Behavioral Health about 3-4 months ago give or take. I will start with Heaven and when Brittany was a receptionist, both are phenomenal and very kind. No matter how you dress they don't judge. All the people there are just sweet and definitely caring. Angie was late to come get me
Path helped me so much while I had insurance. Once I lost my insurance, they dropped me like a lead balloon. I even offered to do self pay to continue my services but they would not accept it. I really thought they cared about my mental health and well-being. It turns out that all they care about is making money.
