I have to say my therapist Kate is beyond perfect in her services as well as Brea the receptionist. When it comes to HOPE, Devin, and Sam that's the plot twist!! They are horrible providers! Dont return follow up appt calls or call and give you test results that they aren't even knowledgeable about to upset clients and then still not want to return the call and tell them their test results in full detail and get your medications ordered in a timely manner... This is the absolute worst mental health care I've ever had in my life. They treat you like a number instead of a person who is trying their hardest to overcome their mental health issues. They are not consistent nor do they listen. I can see why most of their clients left and went to Anew Behavioral Healthcare. The only good thing about this company is the lady/secretary who works in front.
