I have been training at Path to Self for just over a year. I have done group classes, semi privates and one on ones with almost all of the trainers there at some point - both in the Norwich and Gail’s ferry locations. Across the board, I’ve had a positive experience – the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve worked with Zach (the owner) the most. I have been going to Path to Wellness for 18 months now and I love it! Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. The workouts are both fun and challenging. I appreciate the quaint, neighborhood atmosphere where everyone is known.
