ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I stopped in their office 6 weeks ago to ask for pest control service and was told they were 6 weeks out I got into town and stopped by their office again on Monday may 24th and was told the person in charge would not be back till Friday? I need pest control service and more importantly an inspection to see if I had an active wood destroying situation Such as termites or Beatles? I would never recommend this company to an enemy. I have ants in my store I called pates to come out. They spayed and killed the majority of them. I was told to wait a few days and they would die then they were supposed to come back after the 3 days to put grandulates down. They never showed back up and now the ants are back just as strong. I've called for a month trying to get them to fulfill there 3 month warranty and I keep being swept aside. I was even told to go to Wal-Mart to but an ant repellent.
