The guy sold me a car in good condition and we did an exchange with a car that I had, which I appreciate that he did that. I gave him my old car with the plates still and he said that he would surrender them himself. He got two tickets with my plates still on and he did not take responsibility for them, I spoke to him about it respectfully and he does not want to do anything about it.
