I had my vehicle claim done by this body shop. The whole process was very smooth, and the work done on my vehicle was excellent. They also worked with me on my tire issue that they didn't have to help me with. Greatly appreciated their buisness.
My Jeep was hit while parked and the individual did some damage to my drivers side. My insurance introduced me to PCW in Kenner- friendly staff from Dana calling me to notify about paperwork and estimates to Brandon the person who did the labor doing a great job to fixing the scratches and dents. I’ve honestly never had a better experience with a repair shop. After my neighbor backed into my car door, I was really worried about possible water damage since the door wasn’t sitting properly in the frame. As soon as Amanda received my case, she told me to bring it in right away. They got started immediately, ordered parts the same day, and had everything completed in less than a week.
