I’ve honestly never had a better experience with a repair shop. After my neighbor backed into my car door, I was really worried about possible water damage since the door wasn’t sitting properly in the frame. As soon as Amanda received my case, she told me to bring it in right away. They got started immediately, ordered parts the same day, and had everything completed in less than a week. If I could give Paternostro Collision on Delaware St in Kenner 10 stars, I would. A neighbor scraped my parked car and we went through USAA, who recommended Paternostro. The shop closest to me was backed up, so they sent me to the Kenner location, where I got instant service. I dropped my car on Monday, got an estimate that afternoon, and got regular updates on the progress on my car.
