The continued personalized staff concerns and customer service I have received for years from Patenotte Poll & Spa has been the most helpful and delightful than any other experiences with any other Pool & Spa Company ever! They are the best!
I brought some pool water to have tested. They sold me $100 worth of crap to "fix" my pool it cleaned for two days went back worse than it was then they wanted to sell me more crap.
Zero stars from me and my family. My husband bought the chemicals they said we needed. I bought a salt water system. The very next day I had him bring them back because we where not going to need them. They said that we can t return chemicals. Then proceeded to give him a refund on the less expensive chemical and told him that he still needed the more expensive one. I called really to double check because the directions I received with the pump did not call for this chemical. I was cut off and hung up on. When I called back ... read more

Excellent business service & quality work that really holds up. I just dont believe the writer of that 1 star review--this company has had an excellent reputation and built almost every inground pool in the Hammond area since the 1960s
we had a pool put in this spring and are very happy with all aspects of the company the sales the installation and the service. We had some issues with the liner which were addresses very quickly and without any problems in fact we believe they exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.
I felt the need to write a review because I completely disagree with the 1 star rating review. First of all we went in to buy an above ground pool they have 4 or 5 different pools set up for you to see and all of which have different things on or around them so you can make you choice. I decided to get mix match it and choose one size and style pool and then a total differnt liner however it was not an issue. Worst experience of our life! Stay away from Wyatt Patenotte & any company associated with him. We hired Patenotte to build our In-Ground Pool over 2 years ago. To begin, he dug the pool at an incorrect size. Then, the water spouts were not put in flush & the 2 main fountains were off center. He sent us to the Tile supplier in New Orleans since he didn't have time. They told us to be sure the tile was sealed otherwise it would eventually be damaged by our salt water system. Worst Experience Ever. Faulty Equipment, Poor Workmanship & Too Many Lies. – Please stay away from Wyatt Patenotte and any company or anyone associated with him. We hired Patenotte to build our In ground Pool over 2 years ago and should have know things were going to go wrong when they dug it out and didn't even have the size correct. Once the concrete/gunite was formed and the plumbing put in we noticed the water spouts were not put in flush & of course were told that would be fixed later.
