I've been doing business with this Patenaude Jewelers for some 10 years now. Nothing but personable, polite and caring individuals. Will continue with this company forever
I got beat. I didn't get back any of the gems and was not told what I was getting per item. Some of the things they took cost me a hell of a lot more then even came close to. Especially when something is sterling silver and gold. They kept 3 good size diamonds. The girl kept leaving with the item and just throw it in a pile that was cheapest. Don't go there!!!!
I got taken for a ride when I sold my silver, metal and 10k gold. Sales petson woild not wven tell me the weight. luckiky, I Didn't sell my 14k gold because I knew it was too low of an offer. But mad at myself for not educating myself about silver and metal. Then sales person (who may be owner) gave me an attitude bc I told him I wasn't selling 14k gold. Do not sell hold or any previous metal at this place. Go to Roman's Jewelers in Cranston. Gave me $10 more per penny weight than Patenaudes.
