For over a year, I have been making payments on a payment plan. As I approach the final few payments, I believe my most recent payment was the final payment. However, I am experiencing difficulties in contacting the company. Despite sending emails and making calls, I have not received any response. I even sent an email to the individual who initially set up my account, but I have not heard back after nearly three weeks. I don’t know if I should keep paying or what!?!?

I contacted Michael Corwin as the power of attorney for my elderly parents, who still had an open case that needed to be settled. Michael was professional, kind and on top of everything. He went above and beyond all of my expectations. Hopefully, I will never have to work with Michael again, however, it would be an absolute pleasure to do so.
