Their tactics are like a scam. They say they agree to a settlement, then all of the sudden they are hard to contact. Signed the paperwork mailed it in over a month ago and they say they still don't have it; The good thing is I have a scanned copy of the documents I signed a month ago and also of the electronically signed documents. If they try anything shady, they will be counter sued. THEE WORST experience ever with a collection company. How are they still in business?

Patenaude and Felix APC, is scamming customers of Capitol One. This company was stealing weekly garnishments directly from my payroll department. My wife is equally responsible for a joint account that we opened a fews years before the pandemic. The paperwork has me responsible for the accounts debt without mentioning my wife at all. Her card ended with 0562 connected to a joint account. That was opened at the same time. This isn't cool in anyway. What would you do if someone stole your payroll Mr. Bill collector?

This is a collection agency. They always suck. This one has an antiquated website that doesn’t even do an auto draft. It’s clunky and my personal collection agent has an Eastern European accent so strong I can’t understand a word she says. I’m not trying to sound mean because I’m glad she has a job but English speaking telephone collection agent might not be her strong suit.
