dr. patel is great.
The doctor is nice, but the office staff is slow and rude and have no respect for patients and their families. My father was scheduled for a procedure for over a month; a day before surgery it was canceled due to insufficient office permits. Do not waste your time on this office.
Never waited more than 30 minutes for an appointment.Very thorough, Knowledgeable,and personable.Of 4 other urologist that I've seen in the past,I rate him #2.
On several occasions I have had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor. I have observed other patients leave due to excessive wait times. Appointments are sometimes randomly canceled and reschedule months later. I had a minor procedure done in the office that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. I received a bill more than a year later. The initial amount billed to my insurance was at least 10 times what someone without insurance would pay.
Knowledgeable and energetic about treatment options. Very thorough.
Very poor service. Misdiagnosed and tried to recommend more visits. When confronted with WebMD article of mis-diagnosis, he didn't have an answer. Later he had his office manager state that he can't be my doctor anymore i front of the waiting room patients as I was leaving and tried to shame me... horrible! horrible! doctor.
Good doctor. Absolutely horrible office. Average wait time to see doctor = 90 minutes or more. Office staff is not helpful. Scheduled appointments missed and/or incorrect. Bottom line = this office does not respect the time of its patients. News flash: My time is JUST as important as yours.
Nice guy, not a knowledgeable doctor. Not worth the time.
