The exam was not pleasant at all. The lady who did my exam before seeing the doctor was rude and not personable. She didn't introduce herself, didn't wipe down equipment or explain to me the process that was going to ensue. Wasn't told about additional changes. THEN came back 2 weeks later for my appointment to try on my contract lens, just to be told "our apologies but we only have the left contract lens only.... we need to reschedule you when we receive the right one also" SMH Definitely a waste of time
Very helpful and friendly staff all the way around. Dr Patel is efficient and kind. MJ helped a lot with the eye glasses and is super friendly
