I'm a returning patient. I called to make an appointment and was told since I'm not a recent & current patient (due to having a baby) that there was nothing that can be done for me until this summer (4 months away). In tears I asked if they could recommend or refer me to someone else and was told very rudely that I need to contact my insurance company for further assistance. I'm a mother to 6 children who called for help in tears and was rudely denied.
