I am hoping they got better after Optima took them over. It went to crap after Arballo left. April's solution to my husband's very severe sleep apnea was to put him on nighttime O2. Being on O2 doesn't help anything if you aren't breathing. He couldn't tolerate the cpap. I took it upon myself to find out what kind of specialist he needed and he's been seeing a pulmonologist in Tucson who specializes in sleep apnea. He is now on a bipap. And finally doing well.
