Fraud POS system. There is no proper management and people running this business are not responsible at all. There POS system charging customer twice sometimes, Sometime it will declines processing. We complained so many times to fix this issue but management or customer care did not solved at all. They just passing messages to one another and management will never follow up. I am having a serious ongoing issue with my credit card terminal and POS system for the past 4 months .Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has provided a proper answer or a solution. Every time I call, I am told I will receive a callback “ASAP,” but I have not received a single callback so far.specially owner ritesh.
