He was the BEST Psych I've had in over 40+ years!
My husband made an appointment over a month ago and because he didn’t confirm his appointment the day before, they canceled it. Keep in mind he works all day and by the time he gets off it is after business hours. The receptionist was so rude and completely unprofessional. This is a psychiatrist office dealing with people who have mental issues and it’s sad that they have a complete disregard for the people seeking their help. They are definitely in the wrong profession. Beware they could careless about your mental health.
Dr. Patel & Mrs. Patel are the best! Very flexible with appointment scheduling, quick with prior authorizations, and super kind! Their office is a hike for me, but I refuse to go anywhere else! Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!
