It's 2024 and some doctors are still living in the past medicine & many just do bare minimum nowadays. A doctor should LISTEN to a parents concerns & not give patients parents the ring-around to get things done. I had to call out to Birth to 3 to get my daughter into therapy for speech and OT and to even get her diagnosed with autism, because Patel refused to do anything & said her regression of speech she'd "grow out of" & that it was probably due to us moving. If you are looking for a pediatrician that will go above and beyond, it's without a doubt Dr. Patel. He answers his phone at all hours of the day and night, which was a huge relief to me as a first time mom. He has worked hand-in-hand with me to find specialists and even get 2nd opinions for one of my children. Both my 5 year old daughter and my 8 year old son absolutely love him and I know it's because they know that he loves and cares about them. I am so thankful i found this doctor for both of my sons we have been going there for 3 years now and he is amazing the office dosent open until 9am but i have calked on multiple occasions at 7am and 8am and the dr patel himself always answers the phone and will talk with me and either have me bring the kids in that day or he will give me advice on what i should do. Hands down best kids doc and i love the way the office looks
