If the doctor is running behind by an hour or more you should have staff contact he patient and let them know. Secondly... have a Doctor call in as a patient and review your voicemail options. To confirm my appointment time it took 90 seconds... 1 and 1/2 minutes just to reach the dial 7 option. that is to long. Otherwise my options are all very positive.
Early in my treatment I required pain medication. I often forgot what directions were given to me. I think it would be useful to provide written directions.
Everybody that I dealt with here did a great job. Dr Patel did a good job explaining to me what needed to be done to make my back feel better.
I feel like I have been totally fixed THE PAIN I HAD BEFORE WAS UNREAL getting around and doing day to day things was getting hard I know I can start living again.
