This was my second time going to Dr. Mitesh, I had a 10 am appointment and wasn't seen until 10:50. He then walked in and did not even address the fact that I was waiting for almost an hour. I got my teeth "cleaned" and was out before 11 am. Because it was so rushed it was painful, the dentist was clearly not concerned about my comfort level but more concerned about getting back on schedule. I have been coming to Dr. Patel since I was a child. He’s a great dentist and he’s honest. Availability is good and he is efficient in the office.
I have been going to this dentist over 20 years and have referred so many people. But he became a greedy and rude after his practice established. He is very rude and unprofessional and yell Infront of the patients. He charges my insurance every visit $300 but lies that he did not get payment. That's why his staff has big turnover, too.
