I was upset at first but it all blew over b4 I left the office
For 3 days I’m receiving appointments notice for today 17, I live in Polk City Fl 55 miles from your office, 2 phone calls remember the appointment and any email or call tell me that the Dr. Was out for the day. Run total 110 miles loss. And no massages tell me not come.
Both my husband and I see DR Patel. We have never had a problem with any of his staff. Calls and questions have all been answered in a profession and timely manner. I like that DR. Patel takes the time to explain things when I ask about something.
Dr. Patel does not have a good bedside manner, but he is one hell of a great Dr. I have not waited long in his office for my visits. The is very pleasant to me and I have had no problems with him or his office.
Horrible. The least thorough and compassionate doctor I’ve ever seen. Office wait times for me were hours. The doctor spent maybe 5 minutes or less in the exam room and did not listen to me.
The worst doctor and the worst staff. Unprofessional by far. He will send you home from the ER tell you to call his office to make an appointment and his staff will give you the run around. Then he will refuse to see you when things get though. Claiming that you missed an appointment that was never scheduled to begin with.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY AND I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. THIS SO CALLD "DR." WAS SUPPOSE TO HELP MY SISTER WHO HAS BEEN SUFFERING FROM EXTREME KIDNEY ISSUES CONTINUOUSLY FOR THE PAST YEAR BUT ON AND OFF FOR SEVERAL YEARS.... INSTAD OF TREATING HER HE SENT HER HOME FROM WHEN SHE WENT TO THE ER AND BECAUSE OF THAT ALL THE WAY BACK IN OCTOBER 2018 WE ARE NOW IN JUNE OF 2019...... SHE HAS AN EMBEDED INDECTION IN HER BODY AND ITS ALMOST SEPTIC. SHE HAS BEEN HOSPITALIZED NUMEROUS TIMES THE PAST FEW MONTHS AND HAS LOST OVER 30 POUN... read more
Excellent urologist, completely competent and professional
This was my se ons trip to the office ,and his staff was the most organized group I've seen in a long time. My visit was so pleasant. Just a great doctor. I was in and out in no time at all and got my testing done so fast but not rushed. Awesome.
