Dr. Jayantibhai Patel is the worst doctor I've ever seen, regardless of specialty. He did not order the MRIs I need, nor did his staff remind him to do so, despite two follow-up phone calls I made to make sure he would order the tests. He blamed his staff for the problem. Then when I tried to go into my list of new symptoms, as I had a serious seizure a few days before the visit, he took my notes (which were just a shorthand outline, written for *me* to read, not for anyone else) out of my hands because he became impatient a... read more

What I liked about this office is that it was clean and it was fairly easy to make appointments. However, I had poor experiences with Dr. patel. He wasn't prepared for my appointment. He wasn't very personable or compassionate. I left with more questions than what I had prior to my appointment.He wasn't very patient and just didn't explain things well. I Do not recommend this doctor. Please do your research! Best of luck!
Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant.
