I first saw Dr. Silky Gunjon Patel in June of this year. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but I waited in the reception area for over an hour without anyone informing me that the doctor was running behind. After waiting that long, I asked if there was a problem, and I was simply told, “You’re next.” When I was finally taken to the exam room, Dr. Patel entered without offering any apology for the delay. Cleaning environment kind, nice people very
Wonderful office staff! Great Np she was very helpful and actually gave me Knowledge about my conditions. My Dr. Silky was the only doctor who was willing to help me she actually listen to her patients needs. At anytime you don’t understand something when she uses medical. She always explains to patients and makes sure that you are going to get absolutely understand,
Everybody were so kind with smile on their face. Never seen a doctor that is glad to met you. It was a enjoyable visit. Thank the staff for being understanding and caring.❤️
