Worst experience ever. My husband had 4 bottom teeth pulled and when it came time to fit him for a partial she wanted 500.00 over what the insurance said was my portion. Called the insurance and they said she was under contract to do it for that price but she refused. Insurance told me to find a new dentist. Mean time its the middle of a pandemic and and I have to find a new dentist to fit him for a partial. What a way to treat a loyal customer of 15 years. Steer clear of this one.
If I can rate my experience with Dr.Patel more than 5 stars I would. I needed a root canel done and wanted a dentist close to home. I stopped in to see what the office looked like. Was very impressed and scheduled a appointment. I got my root canel done that day and the horror stories about a root canel I couldnt believe I just had one done and I said. Thats it. When I first walked in, she was extremely caring and attentive. After I finished my Invisalign treatment and I came in with questions, however, she was rude and condescending telling me that everything was fine when it obviously was not. My teeth started moving back and Dr. Patel completely ignored me. If you want a dentist who deeply cares about her job and her clients, I recommend you look for another dentist or orthodontist.
