Yesterday, while eating a rice cake, I lost a filling. This morning, as I thought to myself, "Maybe the dentist can wait until next week," while flossing, my crown came out. Thought I better get to the dentist before all my teeth fall out! Sadly, I am at a new dentist since my last ones office manager decided to treat me poorly instead of with care and understanding.
Excellent, experienced dentist. Only one of two DeKalb dentists (the other is Duez) that are listed on usatopdentists.com. This is a list that a dentist cannot pay to be on; it requires being nominated by other dentists. There are a disturbing number of dentists in DeKalb who do not own up to their poor work or who recommend unnecessary procedures to run up profits. Dr. Peltz is the BEST dentist ever!!!!!! I went to him as a kid and didn't have dental insurance for a long time so when I got a job with dental insurance I had forgotten about him and went to another dentist. I was in tears within 5 minutes of the time with the other dentist, he scheduled me to have a tooth pulled and told me that I needed to get a cleaning that costs $1500 per quadrant, you have 4 quadrants, that is $6000!!!!!!!!!!!!
