When I had my first appointment and injection the staff was very gentle, friendly, caring and kind. Dr Patel was calming and concerned with my prior negative reactions to the numbing and dilation drops at a different retinalogists office. I appreciated that she explained what had caused my extreme reactions and how she would try to avoid another similar reaction.
