Mr. Peter is probably the best landlord you could ever ask for. He has great, clean, apartments at an affordable price. When I've had maintenance problems he has always responded the same day. If he can't fix it, he will hire someone to. I don't know of any other landlords that are so attentive to their properties. Also, when you apply he is very thorough which means you have good neighbors.
