Pates team has completed 2 commercial build outs for me. They worked with me one on one throughout the processes to make my vision come to life. The team worked quickly and when I needed to make additional changes after the build, they were quick to come and handle any situation I had. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
Pate Development met our Timeline, and the finish was above our expectations. I Truly appreciate their commitment, although there were some challenges, they were overcome with more than satisfactory results. Overall attitude and approach to customer service, including their responsiveness and willingness to address our needs was Superior. I would definitely use and recommend Pate Development family business again.
Amazing Builder and Company. Very professional and reliable from start to finish. We’ve lived in our home for over 15 years and are still as happy as the first day that we moved in. We love our pool that Perry and his team built 3 years after moving into our home. Pate Development also completed an amazing home addition to our 1st home in 1994…Did such a great job! We will use Pate Development in the future for any new home construction, additions or pool installations because they are by far, THE VERY BEST!
I do not recommend Pate Development. Their subcontractors do faulty work. There is no quality control or oversite of work being performed. They use the cheapest and dated materials. They do not stand behind their word and do not want to correct their faulty work. This was by far the worst built home as far as quality I have have purchased as a new custom built home. I still have issues that need to be repaired from the list I provided after being in my home for 60 days and we are now at 16 months and they refuse to make repa... read more
