Jan G Dr. Pate is truly compassionate and very knowledgeable. I had a dog with addisons (who'da thunk) and Dr. Pate caught diagnosed it. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
Wonderful Dr. and staff We had to take our beloved cat, Kasey, to West Rome Animal Clinic this morning because a dog tore him up. We had to have him put to sleep because his spine was severed. Dr. Pate, Brandon and the lady at the desk were so wonderful. They were so compationate. Thanks so much!
Wonderful! I think West Rome Animal Clinic is terrific...and so do my 7 dogs! It is not outrageously expensive (not cheap though.) The vets and staff are all great - and love animals. The facility is very clean and we never have to wait long! I tell everyone I know to use them!
Six legged deer Anyone who would save a deer in this condition is wonderful. You guys are terrific for saving the six legged deer, so I had to write you and thank you. So now can you remove two of the legs down lower where at leat the deer can walk normally and will it live after it recuperates from the surgery done to repair the dog bites. I am hoping you can save it and find it a good home.
West Rome animal Hospital We are so happy we found West Rome Animal Hospital. Our cat had created a terrible allergy to flea treatment and only with the help and co-operation of West Rome Animal Hospital did we manage to save her and see her get nursed back to perfect health. A Everyone at the hospital was friendly, easy to deal with and a complete pleasure to deal with. I will definitely return to them for my animals health needs.
Truly Compassionate I just wanted to share - We had a Border Colllie for 15 years. Whenever we came to Rome to visit family and he needed a Vet we always took him to West Rome Animal Clinic. Nine years ago in 2001 it was his time to go, so we wanted to bring him "home" to Rome to "rest". Dr. Pate and his assistant came to our house and gently and easily sent Cole to heaven. making our transition in this difficult time as easy as humanly possible. His compassion was amazing. <3 I would highly recommend him and his office.
One of the best vet offices in town I have had nothing but good luck with West Rome Animal clinic. Everyone I have met there is friendly and helpful. Service is prompt and what I have seen of the facilities is very clean. They all seem to have an genuine interest in my pets and I appreciate that. They were also nice enough a couple of years ago to offer to take an injured goose that had been hit by a car when the other vet office close to my house wouldn't. All my dogs love Dr. Pate! The facility is clean, the care is professional, and clearly the folks at West Rome Animal Clinic know how to treat both pets and owners! Not the cheapest in town (nor the most expensive) but, clearly among the best.
Excellent, very detail-oriented, meticulous, result-oriented and dedicated doc. He feels passionately about his work, my babies in particular, and is extremely particular about providing the best quality service to his clients. Very friendly, hardworking and always willing to go the extra mile - without a hesitation - and amazing crew too! I would gladly recommend him as a valuable resource to any team... I completely entrust my babies to him.
