they were very helpful with a repair I went in to Patco Jewelers looking for rings for my fiance and I and wound up having them fix my sister's wedding ring instead! While we were out shopping, her ring somehow came off her finger and I stepped on it, totally mangling it. I felt so bad, we rushed back into Patco, where we had been not more than an hour ago and showed them the mangled mess.
