These people jerked me around for 3 months straight on a commercial lease. They kept changing their mind and increasing terms. Then they tried to get me to rent a run down, ghetto unit that was a safety hazard. Mind you they advertised a fully updated unit but when you inquired about it, they said it’s not for rent but we have this dump unit we are renting. I would stay away from these people, they have no idea how to do business. They will waste your time and jerk your around.
My wife and I were looking for a builder to demolish an old camp and build us a house. Several builders were either way over budge or deemed lake front property too much of a hassle for them to take the project on. We found Patco and Christian Doyon and we are very glad we did. PATCO built our new home two years ago. We love it! We added lots of special touches inside so it's very much customized to our style. One of the best surprises was the drastic reduction in energy costs. We're saving a significant amount of money. Highly recommend PATCO. Mark and Gini Medford
I am just in process for building a home with Patco and I can't say enough good things about this company, especially Christian. I have a difficult situation and Patco has found solutions every step of the way. I can't wait to be in my Patco home in 2024:) I will update this review--hopefully with a photo/s then!
Great builders! Patco is impressive from the development process right through to closing. The showroom is so helpful to my clients- allowing them to see their choices right away. Very knowledgeable staff.
