These people jerked me around for 3 months straight on a commercial lease. They kept changing their mind and increasing terms. Then they tried to get me to rent a run down, ghetto unit that was a safety hazard. Mind you they advertised a fully updated unit but when you inquired about it, they said it’s not for rent but we have this dump unit we are renting. I would stay away from these people, they have no idea how to do business. They will waste your time and jerk your around.

Pathetic excuse for a business. Horrible experience, there are so many better well known businesses local to deal with. Run away from this company.

My wife and I were looking for a builder to demolish an old camp and build us a house. PATCO built our new home two years ago. We love it! We added lots of special touches inside so it's very much customized to our style. One of the best surprises was the drastic reduction in energy costs. We're saving a significant amount of money. Highly recommend PATCO. Mark and Gini Medford

I have to say that they were very informative and took their time in helping us. Very thorough and explain their process. Took us through the showroom. It was a good experience.
