This place is totally money grabbing people with good insurance are their prey no one works with care and patience they do the fault and poor people have to face the consequences they charged me for vaccinations saying the insurance doesn’t pay and then they charge the insurance too at the same time they charge multiple doctors under one patient insurance

I went there for a physical. Halfway Through the physical I mentioned to the PA ( Hughes) that I have been having stomach aches after I eat. She stopped and said, is this a well visit or sick. Well it’s a physical where we discuss my health. She wouldn’t even hear my concern. I asked if I should just go see a GI dr and she said I could make another appointment to discuss it. Have been a patient here for years. Love the whole staff. Everyone friendly and professional. I now have my family coming here. Easy appointments very little wait time.
Always a clean and friendly place . Never a super long wait . Most of all great doctors I recommend Sam Fassnacht he’s great .
I have been seeing Dr Doucett for over a decade and she has always been professional, polite and on target with what’s wrong. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, and shockingly, I am always taken quickly by the nurse, and do not have to wait hours past my appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Most appointments, from the time I walk in the door, to the time I’m back in my car and on the way home, take an hour at most. What a pleasure!
I changed primary doctors a few months ago to this office. Everyone from the staff to the doctors are so polite and really work with you to better your health. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
My whole family goes to Patchogue Family Medical. Everyone there is very professional, intelligent and compassionate. It's rare to get all three so I feel fortunate and I'm grateful.
