I called three times and sent pictures of my project. An answering machine picks up "Your call is very important to us?" No return call or email for estimate after three days. The web site says they will send a quote in 24 hours. Great customer service is very important. No impressed.
I had holes in my ceiling and walls from my pipes being replaced. They came in and quickly rresolved the issue with patches that you can't see and painting that blends right in. it was a joy to have their worker in my home, he was Personable professional quick and very good
I haven’t had this kind of customer service in a long time. I was blown away by the work that was done at my home. 5 stars all the way up!
Great job. Only took an hour to finish the work when other companies quoted 3+ hours. Left no mess and the finished product looks great. I will be calling them for any other drywall needs in the future. I would definitely recommend PatchMaster not only for their work but the pricing was the lowest of four estimates. Very happy with this company.
