Rick was extremely informative and through with his report. He took his time explaining as detailed as our questions could be! His report was very detailed, timely and easy to understand. He took great care and time in helping us understand and learn about items I would have overlooked!
Rick knows his stuff!! He is very knowledgeable, Honest and investigates EVERYTHING!! Bonus: he is an all around good guy offering tips and easy diy fixes we would have never thought of. I highly recommend Rick and use his inspection reports as our home fix to do list on every property we purchase.
