My air conditioner unit has been a problem for 2 years now. Last year, the unit was blowing warm air and kept running and running. I placed a work order and emailed them, they were in no rush and it took them 3 days to fix it. This year, same problem! They came out to fix it and now it’s happening again. I spoke with a neighbor and found out that these units were in storage for 10 years before they were installed. I don’t think an air conditioner unit should be doing this. I am moving out of here in two-three months. Avoid this place at all costs. The apartments are filled with mold, I'm always killing different kind of bugs too. Not to mention nosey and drama filled neighbors. They never keep up the property like they used to the laundry room has all there washer and dryers out of order constantly. The grass is getting high with weeds growing. Neighbors throw trash on your porch. I really enjoy the apartment, it's spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The maintenance team is reliable and does a good job. Unfortunately, some of the office staff have been rude and unprofessional, which makes interactions with the office less pleasant. I try to avoid dealing with them when possible.
