Started seeing Dr Harry back in 2016 when I was 16, treating me for Ankylosing spondylitis. Before that I lived on anti inflammatory medication for 3 years with juvenile arthritis. Dr patapanian is a professional dr who listened to all my concerns, and i have never being disapointed. The waiting time is long, but the time i had to explain my pain and assessment was worth the wait.
Disgusting clinic, horrible service, and the most defensive doctor, if you ask a question he responds with “are you questioning my credibility”.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother saw this rheumatologist hoping for answers and relief, but she left feeling defeated and ignored. The doctor was dismissive of her symptoms from the moment he walked in. He showed zero empathy for her condition, rushed through the appointment, and treated our questions as an annoyance rather than a normal part of patient care. A good doctor listens and collaborates with their patients; this doctor does neither.
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. From the moment I walked in, he was rude, dismissive, and came across as aggressive in the way he spoke to me. Instead of listening to my concerns, he interrupted me and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. His attitude was arrogant and lacking in compassion.
