Amazing customer service and very friendly and knowledgeable on their products. Was here just recently and I was in for getting my jacket checked out for rejuvenation because it wasn’t waterproof anymore and the seams were wearing out. Typically they will repair it in house. Since my jacket was beyond repair, and due their ironclad guarantee, I was offered a choice to get an entirely new same jacket or store credit to get a new one later on.
