The store is not huge, but it has a big heart. The employees are all very friendly and professional. Max was really helpful and patient. He treated a senior customer with kindness and friendliness, offering caring considerations. I am not a big spender old lady, but he made me feel valued and respected. I shared my experience with my son afterwards. He echoed my sentiment that Patagonia is a great company. Its values are reflected through how its employees treat customers.
