Amazing experience here. The employees Ben and the other one (sorry I didn't catch your name) were so helpful with my jacket repairs today. I don't know if I will ever purchase a different outdoor brand. Some of the best customer support of any brand I've ever had.
The staff here are amazing, especially Annemarie. I was disappointed that they didn’t carry my size in store and she not only helped me but was so incredibly empathetic. It’s a nice store, with good products, but the people really make the experience.
