Pat Wattam and her team went above and beyond to get my house on the market and sold! Every person in her office contributed to the effort. It was very impressive! From the big things like advice on paint colors and renovations, to small details like a dripping faucet, there was always someone ready to help with whatever was needed. And the closing was a dream! If there were more stars I would absolutely give Pat and her team more. Bought two houses and sold one within a short time and could not not be happier. Great communication and made the process much easier.
Pat and her team is phenomenal. Her strength is her analytic skills. She approached my property in very methodical way. She worked with a comprehensive check list. She does most of the work for you. Once you list your property with her I can say it with full confidence you are in very competent hands with an excellent team. I would recommend her and the team any day.
