Pat earned this 5 star review! I have worked with many other mortgage brokers/Lenders... and none of them came even close to the attention that Pat was able to provide for us! I never had to email or call him to ask him what was going on or what was next. His communication is ON POINT! We just did a VA cash-out refinance with Pat. I work a commission-only job and we had a CH 7 2 years ago, but he made it an easy and quick process for us. I highly recommend him!
