Pat helped my fiancé and I find our very first house. We were first time homebuyers so we had no idea how the process goes and Pat walked us through all of the steps and was very patient. Something that I wasn’t expecting is that upon closing she presented my fiancé with a gift basket and offered her service to help us find any contractors we may need down the line. She has already recommended one HVAC contractor so that is great. If you’re looking to buy a house, Pat is a great choice to have as a realtor.
