UPDATE: I made another appointment to see Dr. Palumbo for a different procedure. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and found two patients already in the waiting room. Fifteen minutes past my appointment time I asked the receptionist how long it would be before Dr. Palumbo would see me. The receptionist seemed to cast my concerns aside, stating Dr. Palumbo was performing surgery. I asked what that had to do with my appointment time, as I was on leave from my job.
