Staff were very friendly and helpful
Very professional and easy to work with.
Great customer service
They were friendly and answered my questions however they did not offer additional information or inform me that there were problems with the vehicle they where in the process of fixing. They pushed for me to come test drive but when I got there which was a 1.5 hour drive (which I told then I had a 60 mile drive) it took then 30 mins to find the vehicle because it was in the service department. I was able to test drive but it was in no condition to buy. If they had been honest I would not have wasted 4 hours.
Inquired on this vechile agreeing to put a total ov 1k for down payment this vehcile was test drove I read the car fax report had a minor accident the problem was the down payment was the Num 1 topic they were rushee salesman the sales rep that worked with me explained 1k dune would’ve worked so signed agreement was as follows 1k with a monthly payment ov $452 was agreed on again the money was more talked about than the credit app to get a preapporval iv rec from CarGurus by myself the customer the dealer explained that West... read more

The great experience started with exchanging messages with Candi. Then when I arrived at the dealership, Pedro was nice and even though the vehicle I was looking at had just been purchased he showed me a couple other vehicles they had. I test drove one and liked it enough to purchase it and while I was dealing with financing for awhile, they were able to get me approved when other dealerships I visited were not.
