We worked with Carol Sullivan and had an amazing experience! She was great at communicating and was on top of all the paperwork. She even went to the property to take measurements and help us get our insurance set up. Would 10/10 recommend!

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Pat O'Brien & Associates, especially about Steve Good, our Realtor, who was not good, but great! He called on properties we were interested in, was willing to drive from north of Harbor to Walloon and beyond if we wanted to look at something. Was responsive to what we were actually interested in. He said he would find us a house, and he did! On top of all that, he's just a nice person. Thanks Steve.
