Chris Lotz posted a video to TikTok and said, “If you can guess where I'm at. I'll give you $100". Well, I commented the exact address and asked how I could collect the $100. Pat Lotz responded, "Unfortunately the house is already live! You needed to find it before the house was up"! Chris never stated this stipulation in the video and there was no such mention of it in the videos description.
