Chris Lotz posted a video to TikTok and said, “If you can guess where I'm at. I'll give you $100". Well, I commented the exact address and asked how I could collect the $100. Pat Lotz responded, "Unfortunately the house is already live! You needed to find it before the house was up"! Chris never stated this stipulation in the video and there was no such mention of it in the videos description. Purchasing a home through the Lotz's was an amazing experience. Constant communication, always available to answer questions, professional insight on tap. 10/10. Due to the experience from Chris and Pat and the coaching and feedback provided, we put in multiple offers, all 3 of which were accepted by the sellers. It allowed us to decide what was best for our family instead of being at the mercy of the of the seller. Pat and Chris are both Phenomenal people to work with. Chris helped us find our first home in 2021. Pat And Chris recently helped us buy a new home and sell our first! Crazy process but they both were in our corner every bit of the way! Chris would go to the end of the world to find a home with us and even fight for us after closing when things arnt in order.
