I've been trying for 2 weeks and made three phone calls to get progress, any progress on a homeowner's policy and it's gone nowhere. I call in on promise someone will return a call no one ever does. And I explained the house is currently not insured therefore it's essential to move quickly to get the house protected. Yet I have not had anyone seem to care at all. Always helpful and polite. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re getting all the savings you qualify for . Fast response times . Was involved In an accident which resulted in a total loss. They made sure it was a painless as it could be . Would highly recommend.
