I wish I could give a zero. This woman is totally incompetent. Important communications from our realtor are getting lost. Going to a "junk mailbox". She is not following up on these important matters. Almost lost a deal because of her. I am holding my breath until we finally close.
Pat was a great help in marketing our Woodbridge home in a slow market. She guided us to the right price, counseled patience, and, once we had a solid offer, kept the deal on track. The negotiation — her favorite part of real estate — took skill and tact to work out the various issues raised by the house and termite inspectors. But Pat deftly managed the twists and turns.
