This lady took $400 from an 80+ year old lady and even though she said she'd return her money, she believer would. Instead, she avoided her calls and wouldn't return calls. What kind of person rips off an old lady on a fixed income? I'll tell you: PAT HARRISON
Slumlord don’t do it
I've known Pat for years and have leased from her for 5yrs now and she has been nothing but kind and courteous to me and my family. And I'll give you an example of her kindness I had a medical issue that came up and needed some extra time to pay her and she worked with me through the process no problem at all. She always said to me if there's ever an issue with anything just to communicate with her and she would work with me. So with that I'll close.
Pat Harrison is a monster. If you ever hear her conversing about clients to colleagues you won't be able to stand the sight of her ever again. Also, she would steal the pennies from a dead man's eyes & probably has. Update: The multi star ratings with no comments? BOGUS
Just don't do it. I believed she was nice but she's not. She will threaten you and gaslight you. And not to mention she's RACIST. She will say she wants to do a walk thru and tell you that the home conditions are bad for your children. When she's the one that doesn't even wanna fix them.i left that house rent ready. Because let's face it she isn't gonna fix anything that is truly wrong. Having children literally it didn't need anything to be fixed on MY part.
