Poor Customer Relations I visited Pat Grimes, Inc. to obtain a breathing apparatus for the treatment of a sleeping disorder. Because of a disagreement over the arranged time, I was publicly chastised and humiliated on arrival, and was told to return another day even though there was no legitimate reason why I should have been denied service when I arrived. Management's decision for me to return was indiscriminate and based on groundless claims of "principles". Pat Grimes, Inc. did not attempt mutual resolution of this issue.... read more

Regarding customer service and professional interaction I would recommend Pat Grimes. I was prescribed home oxygen for a year. The young P.G. rep who met with me in the hospital was very informative and helpful- and he had a great sense of humor, too. Recently my machine died and the same young man insisted on bringing another one within the hour.I've talked with three home reps who delivered my home oxygen supplies and one was helpful but seemed in a hurry to leave. Medical Supplies are available If you need medical supplies, from a lift recliner to support hose, look for them at Pat Grimes. They have a good selection on display of the furniture which help for medical conditions to the other supplies one might need on occassion or regularly. I have seen people come in to exchange oxygen portable tanks there too. They also have such items as the clothing for the professional and other things like blood pressure cuffs, etc. This store fills a specialized niche very well.
